    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Hi All, I'm Cindie.&amp;nbsp; I'm a newbie to this forum, but I've been doing the C25K going on 7 weeks.&amp;nbsp; So far I've been able to do every run, but I'm always amazed when I complete each day!&amp;nbsp; I never thought I'd be running 25 minutes without stopping....ever!&amp;nbsp; I just did my&amp;nbsp;second 25 minute run this morning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started running to help me lose weight.&amp;nbsp; I've been doing Weight Watchers since July 2007 and I've lost 58 pounds so far.&amp;nbsp; I have about 25 more pounds to go to get to my goal.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a few questions for some of you who have been doing this a while.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Every day that I have to run, I have to really talk myself into going.&amp;nbsp; Does it ever get to the point where you really WANT to do it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any pointers on how to improve my pace?&amp;nbsp; Right now I think I'm doing about a 12 minute mile.&amp;nbsp; I can't seem to get any faster than that, and I know there is no way I could make it through the 25 minutes if I tried to go any faster.&amp;nbsp; When should I start trying to increase my pace?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and sharing ideas and accomplishments!&lt;/p&gt;</content>
