Hi All, I'm Cindie.  I'm a newbie to this forum, but I've been doing the C25K going on 7 weeks.  So far I've been able to do every run, but I'm always amazed when I complete each day!  I never thought I'd be running 25 minutes without stopping....ever!  I just did my second 25 minute run this morning.

I started running to help me lose weight.  I've been doing Weight Watchers since July 2007 and I've lost 58 pounds so far.  I have about 25 more pounds to go to get to my goal.  

I have a few questions for some of you who have been doing this a while.....

Every day that I have to run, I have to really talk myself into going.  Does it ever get to the point where you really WANT to do it?

Any pointers on how to improve my pace?  Right now I think I'm doing about a 12 minute mile.  I can't seem to get any faster than that, and I know there is no way I could make it through the 25 minutes if I tried to go any faster.  When should I start trying to increase my pace?

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and sharing ideas and accomplishments!
